FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

  • Successful FF&E management as outlined below leads to a net-zero out-of-pocket cost for NLPM services. We yield a higher savings than our fee on most projects.

  • FF&E includes furniture, cabling, audio/visual, security, access control, signage, racking, moving services, and more.

  • Services offered on the trades listed above:

  • Work with Client to generate a scope of work.

  • Create a Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit to multiple vendors for pricing.

  • Vet all bids and assemble a bid comparison along with a recommendation to the client for each scope.

  • Coordinate and manage awarded vendors through project completion.

Move Management:

  • Assist Client in developing a move strategy and establish an Internal Move Coordinator. The overall objective is to minimize impact on business operations.

  • Evaluate current phasing to determine feasibility and impact to operations during each phase of construction. Provide alternate recommendations as needed.

  • Identify move scope of work and issue a formal RFP to multiple move companies.

  • Work on a relocation strategy/migration plan in concert with Client’s objectives.

  • Meet with Move Coordinator as necessary to identify potential issues, assign responsibilities and monitor and manage relocation schedule.

  • Generate temporary solutions to combat loss of common area space during the course of construction. Verify power, data and plumbing requirements in these areas.

  • Assist Move Coordinator in employee correspondence to ensure employees are kept up to date.

  • Perform post-move evaluations and assist Move Coordinator in troubleshooting any problems to ensure high employee morale.

  • Work with Move Coordinator to come up with pre-move and post-move instructions to employees.
