Successful FF&E management as outlined below leads to a net-zero out-of-pocket cost for NLPM services. We yield a higher savings than our fee on most projects.
FF&E includes furniture, cabling, audio/visual, security, access control, signage, racking, moving services, and more.
Services offered on the trades listed above:
Work with Client to generate a scope of work.
Create a Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit to multiple vendors for pricing.
Vet all bids and assemble a bid comparison along with a recommendation to the client for each scope.
Coordinate and manage awarded vendors through project completion.
Move Management:

Perform post-move evaluations and assist Move Coordinator in troubleshooting any problems to ensure high employee morale.
Work with Move Coordinator to come up with pre-move and post-move instructions to employees.
